Mike Porter Takes The Pole Position And The Wins

Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels congratulates Mike Porter who earned the event win in the Unlimited Buggy Class at the Lucas Oil Off-Road Series in the pole position this past weekend at Firebird Raceway in Chandler, Ariz.

Porter started in the pole position for the Sunday race, and lead wire to wire with very little challenge from the competition. He earned the event win on Sunday afternoon March 20 in his Pro Buggy Unlimited on Mickey Thompson's Sportsman ST Radial's size 215/70R15 (front) and 275/60R15 (rear).

Aaron Smith with Mickey Thompson's Race Track Support Team said, This is our first year being involved with the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series and we are really happy to have a podium finish with Mike Porter up there on the number one spot. He really ran well and the tires look great.
